What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company and message. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to you and deal with your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Who we share it with
Messages sent through the contact form are handled by Formspree, which delivers them to us by email and keeps a copy in our Formspree account. Otherwise, only the providers that run our email and IT systems, who handle it on our behalf. We never sell your data. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then we delete it, unless we need to keep it longer for legal reasons.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email legal@metaritechnologies.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
